Remote Mortgage Loan Officer
Type: 1099|W2 / Commission-Based
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Overview:We're looking for experienced and self-driven Mortgage Loan Officers to join our growing network. If you’re a licensed MLO with a hunger to close deals and the hustle to succeed in a remote-first environment, DistinctiveRS wants to work with you.Responsibilities:

  • Originate mortgage loans (purchase, refinance, FHA, VA, conventional, USDA, NonQm, DSCR, Commercial, Hard Money, HELOCS. Over 250 underwriters to choose from.)

  • Advise clients on best mortgage solutions based on needs and qualifications

  • Collect and verify borrower documentation and ensure loan files are complete

  • Partner with processors and underwriters for smooth closings

  • Generate leads and maintain client relationships

Qualifications:

  • Active NMLS license required

  • 2+ years in mortgage sales or loan origination

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated with a proven track record

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working remotely

Remote Staffing Sales Representatives

Remote Telesales Representatives

Overview:We’re hiring hungry, high-energy Telesales Reps to help us grow. You’ll be on the front lines turning leads into warm opportunities and closings — all from the comfort of your home.Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to warm/cold leads

  • Pitch services, qualify prospects, and handle objections

  • Set appointments or close sales depending on the campaign
